  • Minimum water temp to sanitize equipment and hosing?

What is the minimum temp you should use to clean sanitary hosing?
What about to clean sanitize TC fittings?

I think if the actual hosing was up near 150 already that would do the trick but there is so much temperature loss 180 is a better bet

185F for 45 minutes was our SOP at a large Micro. Samples always came back dead from the lab...

A lot of sanitary hosing and pumps say their max temperature is 150 f. How do you then clean at 180f without damaging the unit? Or can a 150f rated product handle a 180f cleaning?

Most brewers hose and pumps are rated between 220 and 240. I don't think there is any hose in my brewery that can't handle boiling temps within their specs.
