Dead Frog Brewery is looking for an experienced brewer who would like to be a part of the growing the Dead Frog beer line up.
This candidate needs to have solid brewing experience and a desire to be part of leading edge product development.
Applicant must be proficient in all aspects of craft brewing including:
• Brewing: 30 HL 2 vessel brew house
• Cellaring: gravities, temperature control
• Filtering: D.E. plate and frame and sterile filters
• Quality Control: Zahm and Nagel Co2 testing, Airs testing, tasting panels
• Sanitation: CIP of kettles, mashtun and tanks
• Yeast management: yeast cleaning and harvesting
• Recipe development an asset

Dead Frog Brewery would be that place!! We are located in Aldergrove, BC, Canada which is about one hour east of Vancouver in the beautiful Fraser Valley.
We are willing to work with the right candidate on moving costs (if relocation is necessary) and wages.
