Doing my Tripel and only have Amber Candi syrup on hand. (left over from a Winter Warmer).
It only makes up about 10% of my bill and I was wondering if anyone has used it in a Tripel and if it might contribute too much color and flavor? Normally Id use clear.
Should i just used Corn Sugar instead? Cane?
