Hello!
Experienced brewer looking to relocate to the Philadelphia area, and take the next step in his career.
I have been brewing for 3+ years around the country, including Brooklyn, NY, and the San Francisco area. Experience in all areas of brewery operation: brewhouse, cellaring, filtration, packaging, managing multiple yeast strains, lab work, high gravity beer production, TTB, scheduling, ingredient/ supply ordering, maintenance, upgrades. I am looking for a head brewer position in order to take the next step in my career. Open to brewery start-ups. Originally from Philadelphia, looking to return.
