Hi,
My name is Fraser Kennedy.
Currently I am the head brewer/operations manager for Dr Beer, a 5HL brewpub based in Shanghai, China.
I have 3 years experience as a lead brewer, both in New Zealand and China.
Currently I am studying towards my Diploma in Brewing through the IBD.
In the next 18-24 Months I am looking to move to South America, and continue my brewing career. I'll be visiting Ecuador in December this year and would love to catch up with a few breweries, simply to get the feel for the industry at this stage.
