Position: Sales Manager
Location: Atlanta based
Position Reports to: Director of Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work directly with Red Hare’s distributors to promote the sales of Red Hare products
• Build business plans with distributors on a yearly and trimester basis
• Work with distributors to manage inventory levels and keep products from going out of date
• Develop and manage account target lists with distributor
• Devise incentive programs with distributors to close distribution gaps and gain velocity at accounts
• Represent Red Hare at beer festivals and sponsorships
• Schedule and attend promotional events, samplings and beer dinner
• Schedule and attend samplings in the off-premise
• Oversee staff trainings at key accounts
• Conduct ride-alongs with distributors
• Pursue new marketing opportunities
• Be thoroughly acquainted with every key decision maker or decision influencer in key accounts
• Keep track of distributor POS needs and order accordingly
• Attend weekly brewery meetings to present market findings and happenings
• Manage monthly budget
• Position requires flexibility for days, hours of work and travel
• Keep calendar up to date and organized
