Bootstrap Brewing is growing and we’re looking for an experienced kick @$$ Sales Ambassador to join our team! We’re currently selling our products to the best craft beer restaurants and liquor stores in Boulder County and we’re increasing production so we can start distributing our delicious beer up and down the front range.
As part of a small team, there may be opportunities to do a lot of different things but the primary role of this position initially will be:
• 50% new business development (please don’t apply if you don’t enjoy or have experience doing this)
• 30% existing account management (growing account sales, designing promotions and events, delivering products, tracking kegs, cleaning draft lines when necessary)
• 20% attending events, dinners, tap takeovers and festivals (some evenings and weekends required)
This position requires flexibility on hours (some nights and weekends) and reliable transportation as driving is required. You must also be able to stand for hours at events, lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs kegs occasionally.
The perfect candidate will have:
• Experience selling beverages to Colorado restaurants and liquor stores.
• Knowledge of the craft beer industry and competing products.
• An outgoing personality, great sense of humor and a love of silliness.
• Amazing organization and time management skills.
• Experience working with social media.
• A clean legal and DMV record.
• The ability to maintain a professional presence at events at all times.
• Self-motivation to work independently within guidelines.
• Proximity to Boulder County or a desire to move yourself here.
• TIPs certification.
• A love of classic rock and Monty Python.
