Northern Vermont based brewery is searching for a head brewer to join our rapidly expanding company! There is huge potential for the right candidate as we are offering well above average compensation and help with moving expenses. If you are the outdoor type, Vermont has it all, skiing, mountain biking, beautiful lakes, and scenery.

Requirements:
 Professional brewing experience and/or formal brewing education
 Super attention to detail
 Multitasking ability
 Ability to manage others
 Positive attitude/motivated
 Ability to troubleshoot problems
 Forklift experience
 Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
 MUST LOVE BEER
Primary Tasks:
 Wort Production
 Cellar Management
 QC/labwork
 CIP
 Yeast Management
 Place and receive purchase orders
 Maintain inventory levels
 Develop recipes/process improvements
 Maintain a clean, smooth running brewery as a member of senior management.
 MUST REALLY LOVE BEER
