I am a recent graduate of the Diploma program with Siebel Institute. Although based in Singapore, I am open to opportunities overseas. Although my roots are with craft beer, I fully appreciate the importance of delivering consistent and high quality products - and cannot wait to get my hands and boots wet again. I hope to be able to meld the two and uphold the good name of "craft" beer - flavourful, inventive and yet reliable.
