We are a brand new start up brewery located in Co. Kerry Ireland, one of the most beautiful places in the world.
We are past the planning stage and have began work on our site. We have placed an order for a 20HL system and wish to brew and build a top class facility. We are seeking a Head Brewer with several years experience in all fields related to brewing. It is a long term position, but if you feel like taking a one year sabbatical to come help set us up, that might work also. We are very progressive and willing to discuss many options.
