Craft Brew Alliance, representing high quality hand crafted beers with a portfolio from Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, Redhook Brewery, Kona Brewing Co. and Omission has an immediate opening for a production Brewer at the Redhook Brewery in Portsmouth, NH. Reporting to the Lead Brewer, the Brewer is responsible for crafting and brewing high quality products. This is a third shift position.

Specific Duties:
•Support the Company's mission statement and Made True values
•Work closely with brewing team to achieve desired quality and production targets
•Oversee Inventory and quality management of raw materials
•Monitor progress of beer through production cycle via brewery information system
•Work with other departments throughout the brewing, racking and packaging process
•Other duties as assigned throughout the brewery to assist other departments as needed to accomplish organizational goals
•Attendance required per company policy
Position Requirements:
•Fermentation/Brewing degree preferred or certificate from an accredited college
•Minimum 2 years brewing industry experience
•Strong technical knowledge of brewing, fermentation and the finishing stage of beer production
•Attention to detail and patience for brewing process to achieve high standards of quality
•Flexible work schedule: The Redhook Brewery runs 3 shifts daily and often Saturdays in busy times
•A great team work ethic!
