Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are running our IDD Squire Plus 2 for the first time and the sanitizer venuri is not pulling sanitizer. When I turn the water on manually it works. But when the machine is running automatically it does not pull sanitizer (water is flowing though, and the valves seem to operate properly). I am stumped and IDD is on the west coast and not open yet.
Edit: I fiddled with the by-pass screw and got it going. Still don't know why it would be difference when actuated manually or automatically. If anyone can send some reading material beyond the Dema manual I'd like to know more about how these things work. Thanks
