Three Creeks Brewing Company in Sisters, Oregon is searching for an experienced and dedicated BREWER to join our team. This position offers the chance of rapid advancement in our expanding company. Qualified candidates must be proficient in all aspects of running a high volume brewpub including:[/B]
-Wort production on a 10 bbl JVNW brewhouse
-Fermenter and Brite Tank CIP
-Packaging in both kegs and bottles
-Yeast handling
-Recipe Formulation
-Inventory management and accurate recordkeeping
- General maintenance and cleaning
In addition, qualified applicants must:
-Have 2+ years of experience in either a brewpub or production brewery
-Be able to work alone and as part of a team
-Carry a high level of attention to detail
-Possess great organizational skills
Position reports to Head Brewer. If hired, applicant will be required to sign an employment agreement with minimum two year commitment. Competitive salary dependent on experience, health benefits after 6 months, employee meal plan, and delicious Three Creeks beer.
