We are looking for a seasoned Head Brewer with experience in a leadership role. This is a working head brewer role encompassing all aspects of brewery operations. An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of production brewery experience, Fermentation Science degree or applicable formal brewing education, extensive knowledge and experience with the entire brewery operations and proven ability to brew great beer consistently. This is a leadership position both inside and outside the brewery.

Head Brewer Requirements:
- Fermentation Science degree or applicable formal brewing education
- Ability to develop recipes, schedule, rack, cellar, and brew innovative and high quality beer
- Minimum 3 years experience as Brewmaster or in a lead brewing position
- Proven track record of successful recipe creation
- Great attitude, desire to work hard and have fun doing it
