I am a brewer relocating to North Carolina from the northeast and looking for a brewery position. Undecided if Asheville, Raleigh or Charlotte.
I've been working as a brewer since August of last year. Trained in cellars doing yeast cropping/dumping, yeast pitch calculations, dry hopping, beer dosing, carbonation, filtering (plate/frame), CIP/COP/sanitizing, fermentation data collection. Limited experience in brewhouse but eager to learn more.
I am currently studying for the IBD Diploma in Brewing the first exam of which I am taking in a few weeks.
