looking at a 7 bbl system (approx) for a new brewpub/bottle shop.
Seating will be approx 80 people, with year 2 having a rooftop patio opening (approx 80 additional seats).
Brewing style will include brett/sour beer.
we're looking for an experienced brewer who is interested in starting a brewery from the ground up and brew fun beer. the possibilities are endless. We also believe in profit sharing with our key employees, so keep this in consideration.
