The Mash House Brewery & Chophouse is looking for a Head Brewery. Our North Carolina based brewpub is seeking a qualified head brewer that will be responsible for all aspects of brewery operations, including production, cellaring, sanitation, reporting, and financial analysis.
Some mechanical knowledge is preferred. Our equipment is a 15 bbl jvnw direct fired brewhouse with 4-15 bbl fermenters and one 30 bbl fermenters. We are a brewpub that also does local distribution.
Applicants will need communication skills as marketing events, beer dinners, and festivals will put you in direct contact with consumers. This is a great opportunity to help build a growing brand.
