I need to find a supplier of Hicone style multipack for cans (has to be dolphin safe)

We are looking for a company that supplies the above style of can Hicone that covers the whole top of can.

we use paktech the have everything you need we use bottle holder. but they have can holders too. lots of colors to chose from.
they need a little lead time because they don't store them. make them on the spot call and asked them they will send samples
