We are a brewery in planning and trying to finalize our start-up budget. Does anyone have recommendations for what size cold storage room we should plan for? We will be a 15bbl brewhouse and have glycol cooled ferms / brights. We will have a small tap room and beer garden onsite and are planning to store kegs for serving in cold storage as well. Does anyone know ballpark costs for equipment / installation?
