Brewing Supervisor
Saranac is looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Brewing Supervisor at their Utica, New York brewery. The successful candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of commercial brewing or food industry experience, a willingness to take the initiative, a history of successful leadership, familiarity with traditional and non-traditional brewing ingredients and techniques, a passion for craft beer and a desire to be part of a team seeking continual improvement. Formal brewing education, raw material and recipe management experience, packaging experience and advanced computer skills are a bonus. We are looking for someone with sound fundamental knowledge of brewing commercially who can hit the ground running.
