I am addressing condensate concerns in my kettle. I just leave my manway door open and allow steam to escape there. But summer has come and the deep south is already unbearably humid and hot. I also notice my boils are weaker with the manway door open.
I have a 15bbl kettle with a 6" Condensation stack with 3 spray heads. I fear it is undersized in ineffective.
My kettle isn't equipped with a internal condensate drip ring, but it sounds like just what I need. I would like to be more sure of my design before modifying my kettle. Please share any photos or schematics you may have!
