Distillery Operations Manager

Exciting new, multiple award-winning Santa Barbara County craft distillery is looking to hire a brewer with multiple years of experience as a professional brewer and at least 3 years in a management role overseeing multiple employees in brewery production operations. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Master Distiller to produce multiple products. The Manager will be expected to lead assistant distillers and ensure all standards and processes are adhered to and product consistency is maintained. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. The Operations Manager will also be eligible for stock options.
