Head Brewer looking for a new brewery to call home.
15+ Years experience ranging from small brewpubs to fast paced micro setting.
Proficient in all aspects of brewing from grain to glass.
-Excellent mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
-GABF award winning, USBTC Champion beers, European Beer Star awards.
-Recipe formulation, lab testing, packaging on high speed systems, DE filtering.
-BbL aging, sour production, various dry hopping methods.
-Wort production on several size systems.
-Managerial experience from 1 to 30 people.
-Love guest interaction and being public face of company.
-Great sense of humor yet have a serious work ethic.
-Multi tasking and time management is an everyday requirement in my opinion.
