Summary:
We are a start-up brewery looking for an experienced brewer to help run the day to day operations of a 15bbl brew house production brewery.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Commercial brewing experience
• Experience in recipe formulation, with a track record of creating great beers.
• Strong mechanical skills
• Yeast Handling proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational standards
• A strong work ethic
• Appreciation of fine beer
• Enjoyment of interacting with the consumer
• Work a flexible schedule - day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts may be required
