Twisted Manzanita Ales & Spirits (TMA&S) is looking to hire on Sales Team Members for our new areas of distribution in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. TMA&S is looking to hire individuals who culture relationships with customers while striving to achieve sales goals and obtain new accounts.
We are searching for a brewery representative that holds a positive upbeat attitude; a highly motivated, sales oriented person to gain TMA&S visibility and permanent product placement in the region. Communication with distributors sales reps is a must, which will require excellent communication skills both verbal and email.

Requirements:
- Passion to build a career in sales
- 3 years of industry experience with references or proven experience
- Knowledge of the outlined territory and of Licensing and Liquor Laws in the region
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient Excel skills
- Demonstrates the ability to find prospective accounts and close deals while maintaining current accounts and sales goals
- Time Management & Organization are mandatory skills
- Support individual working environment while maintaining a team member mindset
- Expressing the highest level of work ethic and integrity
- Sensory training or certification preferred: Cicerone, BJCP, Sommelier, etc.
- Work a flexible schedule
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Strong comprehension, thought process and decision making practices
- Connected in the local Craft Beer scene and knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Problem identification and resolution of issues
