The Bruery, an award winning packaging brewery with distribution in 25 states and 4 continents, is seeking A+ players to join our packaging team members who will bring world class enthusiasm and drive. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. What is necessary is strong desire to work in the beer industry, a desire to seek constant improvement, a desire to take risks and have fun, and be part of a team that is changing the way beer is perceived.
This job is very physical. You must be able to lift 55+ pounds, and stand for long lengths of time. As part of the production team, you can count on lots of cleaning (that's what brewers do), loading and unloading, washing, as well as all the tasks related to our bottling and kegging lines.
You must have flexibility with your schedule. Our packaging team members currently rotate between a morning (8am-4:30pm) and evening shift (4:00pm-12:30am) every 3 months.
In return, you will join one of our 50+ team of "Bruers," who strive to make the best and most interesting beers we can, but are always trying to improve ourselves, our processes, and our products. You will learn a ton about beer and brewing, and get training at a brewery that is pushing the limits.
