Position: Packaging Operator (Full Time)


Twisted Pine Brewing Company has been brewing and distributing award-winning beers since 1995. We are seeking a packaging operator to join our production team to help us meet increasing demands for our products. If you love beer and have great mechanical skills, strong attention to detail and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, you may be our ideal candidate. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement. Pay is commensurate with experience. Compensation includes paid time off, health insurance, 401K and great beer.

Responsibilities:

• Operating bottling and packaging equipment.
• Performing QC checks and inspections.
• Assisting in maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Washing and filling of kegs.
• Warehousing of finished products and packaging materials.
• cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Performing well in a team environment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized workplace.
• Complying with all safety and health policies.
• Completing required documentation.

Qualifications for The Ideal Candidate:

• Loves beer.
• Can safely operate a pallet jack, forklift and bottling/filling equipment.
• Communicates effectively and support a team environment.
• Follows detailed instructions and works independently.
• Is be able to multitask.
• Has computer skills (Microsoft Office) and basic math skills.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Can stand and perform repetitive motions for a long period of time.
