    Mash Mixer Operation

    Hello all!

    Quick question/survey:

    My new brewhouse has a mash kettle and a lauter tun. My experience has been with a mash lauter and a kettle I run the mixer during mashin and during any heat application. I was wondering what others are doing? Do you run the mixer for the full mash time until you transfer to the Lauter?
