Hey there folks!
Were in the planning stages of a 20 bbl brewery and wanted to hear what kind/ brands of water filtration you used when your city water is from a well.. In St. Charles, il, we are just out of reach to get the good lake Michigan water for our brewery.. Our city water isn't " bad " but it isn't the best either. Have any of you dealt with this and what kind of equipment or set ups have you found to work best? I'm sending water samples out to get a full report and should have that info back shortly.
