Nine Pin is a fast growing New York craft cider company producing hard cider from 100% Capital District and Hudson Valley apples. We are looking for a cider maker to join our team. If interested send a Cover Letter and a Resume to alejandro at ninepincider dot com.
Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning/Sanitation
- Packaging (bottles and draft)
- Monitoring Fermentation & collection of data
- Transfers/Pumping
- Participation in cidery tours, tasting room events, and other promotions/marketing
- Participation in other aspects of the business as needed
Requirements:
- knowledge of the cider-making process and an agricultural background
- strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and attention to detail
- The ability to repeatedly lift and move 55 lbs to 165 lbs
- The ability to stand for 12 hours
