Dead Frog Brewery is looking for an experienced brewer who would like to be a part of growing the Dead Frog beer line up. This candidate needs to have solid brewing experience and a desire to be part of leading edge product development. Valuable assets would be the ability to direct a team, work well with other departments and are willing to do whatever it takes to produce quality beer.

Applicant must be proficient in all aspects of craft brewing including:
• Brewing: 30 HL 2 vessel brew house
• Cellaring: gravities, temperature control
• Filtering: D.E. plate and frame and sterile filters
• Quality Control: Zahm and Nagel Co2 testing, Airs testing, tasting panels
• Sanitation: CIP of kettles, mashtun and tanks
• Yeast management: yeast cleaning and harvesting
• Recipe development an asset
