Southern Tier Brewing Company Inc. is looking to hire at least one experienced Shift Brewer / Cellar Operator for our growing organization. We are searching for employees who share our appreciation for quality beer and want to be part of a premier team.
The successful candidate will possess a formal brewing education or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Commercial Production Brewery or High Volume Brew Pub.
The Shift Brewer/Cellar Operator runs our state-of-the-art Steinecker 110bbl brewhouse and works in our 12,000bbl cellar with automated Krones CIP and yeast handling systems and must be able to work flexible schedules.
We are located in Western New York State on Lake Chautauqua, where we enjoy four seasons of outdoor sports and recreation. Ideally situated near Buffalo-Niagara Falls, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh, major metropolitan venues are easy to enjoy.
