Mayflower Brewing Company is expanding its sales team and is looking for a highly-qualified and entrepreneurial individual to become a Territory Manager working with our self-distribution team in the Metro Boston/South Coast area.
Description:
Your goal is to increase the awareness and distribution of our beer in the market by growing our base of on-premise and off-premise customers and increasing our penetration within existing accounts. Key tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with accounts in your territory, conducting market research, developing promotional plans, and hosting events and programs. This position requires flexible hours, daily travel and weekend events.
Requirements:
Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal-oriented and have the ability to communicate well with people. Knowledge of craft beer and previous sales experience in Massachusetts and New England are preferred but not necessary. College degree preferred.
Rewards:
Compensation includes salary plus volume-based commission, health insurance plan and company car.
