Production Manager, Golden Road Brewing

Golden Road Brewing, LA's premier craft brewery is looking to hire a Production Manager to manage all packaging materials and staff. Responsible for controlling and enforcing highest quality packaged goods standards, in order to ensure our customers receive the best version of our product available. Ensure compliance to all PQC and reporting standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the proper use of PPE and safety protocols for all production employees. Always lead by example.
• Manage packing full goods schedule, ensuring alignment with par values in Company software system (SAP).
• Maintain three weeks packaging schedule to enable longer-term communication and material planning.
• Manage packaging materials through software system (SAP) to meet production demand and budget through P.O. submissions to vendors.
• Manage staffing and scheduling, in line with production and budget goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Technical Brewing, Packaging or Food Science education.
• At least 5 years experience in a production brewery environment.
• Working knowledge of general packaging equipment and procedures.
• General understanding of all brewing, cellaring, and filtration processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred.
