Bottom Tank Drain-Dual Valve

Does anyone know where I can get those dual y-type fittings often seen at the bottom of BBT's and/or FV's?

I'm trying to find one that has a racking port/standpipe that is smaller than the ID of the port itself. I don't know what these are called though.

At the bottom of the FV/BBT, is a curved Y fitting with a butterfly valve on each side. http://www.gwkent.com/y-curved.html
