  • How much supply do you keep available?

    I brew for a small brewpub, 3 taps, about 2 BBL consumption/month (plus other beer and liquer sales). We have capacity to store 30 BBL of product on site (16 BBL cellar space, 14 BBL worth of kegs). How much should we be keeping stocked?

    30 barrels. Then you can take 14 month vacations!
