We're looking for:
- an experienced professional brewer, ideally coming directly from a leadership role transitioning a brewery from micro to a regional craft brewer,
- someone who cares deeply about Fullsteam’s passion to craft distinctly Southern beer,
- an innovator who can build on our successes...yet take us to a whole new level,
- a positive, energetic leader who can rally a brew crew,
- a trained professional adept in brewing classic and experimental beers, barrel-aging, and souring,
- someone who’s not afraid to make their mark and mix it up when necessary or justified,
- committed to cleanliness and following SOPs to ensure quality and consistency,
- a keen planner adept at spreadsheets, forecasting, and ideally OrchestratedBEER,
- an engineering/mechanical whiz who can expand our production equipment as we grow,
- a thinker and strategic planner who enjoys bantering about product mix, what trends to pay attention to…and what trends to ignore,
- a fellow visionary who wants to help build a landmark brewery for the South,
- someone who embodies Fullsteam’s core values and who appreciates what we stand for, and
- the right fit. We’re looking for an affable, confident, awesome person who clicks with the brew crew, other leaders, and the CEO.
