    We are seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking National Accounts Manager to develop, guide and maintain strong account-specific business relationships with major chain customers throughout the United States. This is to be accomplished by creating proactive plans that increase brand awareness and distribution in the retail markets. The position will involve working closely with distributor personnel to prepare and execute strategies for increased distribution, sales and growth of national accounts focused on customer chain channels as well as representing Victory Brewing Company in the retail trade as the leader of the national market and be the first point of contact from the brewery.

    Key Responsibilities
    Responsible for national accounts revenue growth, profitability and building distributor partnership, brand image and market development
    Develop and execute account strategies in accordance with overall channel strategy
    Develop account goals and business plans with national distributors
    Ensure plan execution and facilitation throughout distribution network
    Provide support and input to the development and communication of pricing programs
    Conduct regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
    Communicate regularly with Regional Sales Managers to maximize selling opportunities within their territories
    Disseminate information to the field ensuring product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up to date
    Ensure consistency with all marketing and sales activities, as well as consistency with company policies and procedures
    Must be adaptable with the ability to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions and follow differing procedures established by each chain customer
    Problem-solving, negotiating, and people management skills required
    Candidate must have a passion for craft beer as well as being well-connected to the craft brewing community and marketplace


    Requirements:
    Education – Bachelors degree or equal equivalent of professional experience.
    Experience – 3-5 years of related national account sales growth experience and/or training. Experience in sales data collection and analysis. Previous retail experience is a plus.
    Certifications and Licenses – A valid state driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period with Victory Brewing Company.
    Computer skills – Candidate must have proven computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
    Alcohol Responsibility – The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative not only of Victory Brewing Company but of the alcohol beverage industry. With that said they are to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption at all times. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and while entertaining in the name of Victory Brewing Company. Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by termination.

    *Candidate must be able to and available for weekend work as needed; travel is required.


    Physical Requirements:
    Candidate should be willing and able to lift at least 31.5 lbs and move 165 lbs kegs.
