hey all !
so im in the process of planing a brewpub (the first one in the country) and i require some help.
Since the big breweries are unwilling to wash our kegs and keg cleaning system is far to expensive at the moment mainly because of the steam generator we decided to go with serving tanks.
The problem is that my limited big rig brewing experience does not include any with serving tanks so that is where i need you help.
First thing would be how much do they go (im talking for 1000 Liter, preferably horizontal)?
Secondly, about hygiene. I saw a brewpub using Aluminium 1000 L bags so the beer has no contact with the tank and the air. how much is this and where would we be able to get some ?
Lastly, I'm wondering if it would be possible to build the tanks locally to to avoid distribution and taxes ?
Its worth noting that we are building the whole brewery and the lager house locally by specs given by us because of the ridicules price difference.
How different are they compared to fermenters ?
