Engrained Brewing Company is a brewpub located in Springfield, IL with a farm to table restaurant. Engrained is preparing to begin distribution and needs to add a lead brewer to manage all aspects of brewing operations including recipe formulation, special events, inventory management, and packaging (only kegs for the moment).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Brewing experience and/or brewing specific education, as well as working knowledge of brewing theory and applications.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company in a responsible and professional manner.
• Passion for the industry and our company’s philosophy.
