We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a proven track record of successfully driving their business into the future while maintaining the integrity of the product, high levels of employee engagement, and superior customer service.
Job Summary:
Under general direction from the CEO/Owner, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Production / Packaging / Quality and Tasting Room. In addition to directing daily operations under the guidelines of Company philosophy and policies, the incumbent will also be expected to be a visionary and collaborate with the CEO and Director of Sales & Marketing on business and branding strategies. Will work closely with management and Human Resources to create new procedures and policies for the Company. Responsible for establishing and achieving company objectives while meeting budget goals and maintaining a high level of quality and customer service. Responsible for building, guiding, and motivating a strong team that is enthusiastic about achieving individual and company goals.
Direct reports to this position are: Head Brewer/Manager of Brewery Operations, Supply Chain/Quality Specialist, and Tasting Room Supervisor.
