pFriem Family Brewers is a quality minded, and fast growing artisanal brewery looking to add a marketing specialist to our team in Hood River, Oregon. Working with our agency partners, brewery and sales staff, you will help bring our marketing and sales campaigns to life, and have a central role in creating, and implementing the marketing strategy of pFriem Family Brewers. We are looking for someone that is creative, organized, and action oriented, and above all loves creating and spreading the message of one of the most exciting and unique brands in the Northwest.
Specific responsibilities include:
-Creation and implementation of an integrated marketing plan, across all forms of traditional and digital media, point of sale, and events and festivals
-Working with agency partners and vendors on a daily basis to execute collateral and marketing deliverables
-Manage incoming communication related to Marketing such as press and information inquires, photo shots, and interviews
-Planning and staffing of events calendar that will showcase our brewery and tasting room experience
-Assist in the development of new product packaging and advertising campaigns
-Management of pFriem Family Brewers digital presence, including web site, blog, and social media outlets
-Development and management of brewery merchandise, including vendor and inventory management, and ordering activities
-Create and manage all advertising campaigns, including setting priorities and budget
Important qualifications include:
-Three to five years of professional experience in beer marketing, advertising, and promotion
-Strong organization skills, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
-Broad knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media marketing, and event planning
-Proven creative capability and experience working with creative agencies and partners
-Experience working with or within branding agencies
-A love of beer, and working in a small start-up like team environment
