Florida Avenue Brewing Company has been in operation since 2011 and is expanding operations.

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a proven record of successfully positioning companies for growth while maintaining Quality, Consistency, and Availability in the markets we serve.

Job Summary:

Operations - Works with Sales Manager on a daily basis to address any sales related issues. Provides support to the Sales Manager, updates weekly Order Planning Report, communicates with distributors on orders, availability, keg returns, events, promotions.

Administration:

Works with Orchestrated Beer to include payroll, purchasing, inventory management and financial and company month end reporting
Merchandise and POS purchasing
New Item set ups, New customer set ups- product information, ordering process
Manage physical count process and audits
IDIG - run weekly reports and address any overages/shortages with Distributors

Marketing:

Oversee Artwork creation and vendor sourcing. Develop marketing materials for retail and tasting room. Post updates to social media accounts, monitor performance to target interaction & responses. Answer general mail box & mail inquiries. Handle local media inquiries. Attend & promote brewery events

Job requirements:

Working knowledge and experience on Orchestrated Beer or related experience on a SAP system
3 to 5 years experience in the beer business
