Has anyone approached a distributor (large or small) with the proposition that they keep the product cold from time of pick-up until time of delivery at the retailer? Is this something for which the distributor charges more for or is it considered standard? Is there any way (via the distributor contract) to ensure that the retailer understands the request to keep the product refrigerated until time of sale?
