Hi people, Im interested in producing some Burbon barrel aged beers.
Ive never done it so I have a couple of questions...
1. Where could I get some burbon barrels? ( I assume any burbon producer, but anyone have an Idea who to contact)
2. What preperation should I do once I get the barrels?
3. Special equipment needed (filling, cleaning racking etc)
Feel free to tell me any tips or experiances of yours.
