Troubled Monk Brewery is opening in June 2015 in Red Deer, Alberta. We have a 15 bbl Specific Mechanical System coming at the end of March.
We are looking for a head brewer to brew great beer on brand new Canadian equipment!
The head brewer will have considerable input in what the brewery produces, and be actively involved in setting up the brewery and commissioning the brew house.
The successful candidate will work alongside the company founders and be responsible for brewery operations and play an important role in the breweries growth.
Candidates should be passionate about making excellent beer and dedicated to quality.
Position will begin around April 5th (when new equipment arrives) however, some consultation will occur before then.
Salary and benefits will be discussed with each candidate and adjusted for experience.
