We are looking at installing quarry tile on the production and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on weather to use standard grout or epoxy grout.

I wouldn't put those tiles in a brewery. We remove and coat floors that had tiles all to often. Milk plants food plants and even in breweries and wineries.
    Cheers!!!!

Epoxy grout with out a doubt. It sucks to work with, but will hold up to brewery chemicals. Quarry tile is bomber. Good luck finding a floor coating that doesn't fail.

        high strength epoxy grout

We love our quarry tile. High strength thinset and high strength epoxy grout make it bulletproof. We've broken two tiles so far (owner dropped a two pound sledge from ten feet) and they were a breeze to replace.
