We are a 10bbl brewery opening up just outside of Vail, CO and looking for an Assistant/Brewer.
Job duties would include all aspects of brewhouse operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Brewing experience in a pub or production brewery setting
- Understanding of QC lab standards and practices
- Proper cleaning and sanitizing methods and safe handling
- Ability to follow SOP and work related practices
- Ability to work alone and follow directions given
- An open mind and the ability to work with other brewers and head brewer
- Able to lift heavy objects and work long hours
- the list goes on…..
Remember Brewing is 20% Brewing and 80% Cleaning!
