Posting this as a feeler.....
Well established (41 years to be exact) restaurant in a popular tourist town, smack dab in middle of some of the best agricultural land in all of PA, is in the beginning phase of a ground up remodel with plans to add small 5bbl brewery. We envision a small brewery within the restaurant that will focus on local ingredients whenever and wherever possible, farm to glass if you will, and several local farmers active in the farm to table movement have expressed interest making this a reality. We will be seeking a head brewer at some point in the latter part of 2015 and are looking for someone with commercial brewing experience, able to handle all aspects brewing from grain to glass, a willingness to experiment, and has a definite interest in the farm to glass concept.
