Remote Brewery Location/Equipment Back-up

We have a brewery in the Middle of Nevada, I have back-up motors for all processing, utility equipment, Deliveries come once a week. For breweries in similar situations, what back-up items do you have on hand, and recommend. First time at a brewery where there is not a Grainger Location down the street.
